Ariel competed against the best of elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using a machine, along with bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to an actual workout. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. One way to achieve this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
